These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the baji l platform and all its services — sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other entertainment games. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between baji l and the user.

To open an account and use services on baji l, users must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may open only one account. Running multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device, IP address or payment method is not permitted.

• You are playing for yourself and are not placing bets on behalf of a third party.

After registration, baji l may at any time request documents or information from the user for identity verification. This may be triggered by deposit amounts, withdrawal requests or specific circumstances. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the required verification is complete.

Deposits and withdrawals on baji l are handled through the payment methods available in Bangladesh:

• Deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank and other major banks).
• Withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.
• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 1 hour.

It is recommended that the payment method used for a deposit and the method used for a withdrawal be the same. Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be processed.

baji l offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms that must be read before claiming.

Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

General bonus rules:

• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement for a bonus has been met.
• Bonus funds are not cash — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering is completed.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless specifically permitted under certain conditions.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or system manipulation is found, baji l reserves the right to close that account.
• Separate terms apply to the weekly reload gift, slots festival bonus, cricket deposit bonus and other offers.

When a bet is fully accepted, it is confirmed via a confirmation message. A bet may be cancelled or declared void in the following circumstances:

• If the event is cancelled or postponed before it begins.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and the bet is accepted on those odds.
• If the match result is declared void by the official authority.
• If it is proven that odds were set on the basis of clearly incorrect information.

baji l reserves the right to cancel bets on any event found to be connected to match-fixing, corruption or other dishonest activity.

For live betting, odds may change before a bet is accepted. If the bet is accepted at new odds, the user will be informed in the confirmation message.

baji l's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tiers advance based on regular play and activity.

Weekly cashback rate at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% of the week's net losses
• Silver: up to 0.6%
• Gold: up to 0.9%
• Platinum: up to 1.2%
• Diamond: up to 1.5%

Cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on the week's total net losses (total stakes minus total winnings). Example: a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

baji l may change VIP benefits and cashback terms at its own discretion. Users will be informed of any changes in a timely manner.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses ("arbitrage" or "bonus hunting").
• Using the service through match-fixing, cheating or any other dishonest means.
• Conducting illegal financial transactions or money laundering through an account.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party.
• Using the platform through software bots, automation tools or any unauthorised modification of the interface.

If evidence of any of the above violations is found, baji l reserves the right to cancel all bonuses in that account and permanently close it.

baji l believes gaming is entertainment, not an addiction. We encourage users to play safely and responsibly. The age limit for participating on this platform is strictly 21 and above.

baji l is committed to providing the highest quality service, but liability is limited in the following areas:

• baji l is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, server outages or network interruptions.
• baji l is not liable for losses caused by a user's own negligence or device problems.
• baji l is not liable for inconveniences caused by delays from third-party payment providers.
• baji l is not liable for service disruptions caused by unexpected or uncontrollable circumstances (force majeure).

If you have a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, a transaction or any account activity, you must notify us via 24/7 live chat within 72 hours of the event. The support team provides service in both Bengali and English.

Users may close their account at any time. However, if there are pending bets, active bonus wagering requirements or withdrawals that require verification, the account will not be fully closed until those are completed.
